Acceptance of General Terms and Conditions
1. The contract concluded between DearBIA Cosmetic (DUELEGS Srl) and the Customer shall be deemed concluded with acceptance, even partial, of the order by DUELEGS Srl. Such acceptance is deemed tacit, unless otherwise communicated to the Customer in any way. By placing an order in the various ways envisaged, the Customer declares that he/she has read all the information provided to him/her during the purchase procedure, and that he/she fully accepts the general terms and conditions and payment conditions transcribed below.
2. If the Customer is a consumer (i.e. a natural person purchasing the goods for purposes not related to his or her professional activity), once the online purchase procedure has been completed, he or she shall print or save an electronic copy and in any case keep these general sales conditions, in accordance with the provisions of Articles 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree 185/1999 on distance sales.
3.Any right of the Customer to damages or compensation as well as any contractual or extracontractual liability for direct or indirect damage to persons and/or property caused by the nonacceptance, even partial, of an order is excluded.

Purchase modalities
4. The customer may only purchase products present in the electronic catalogue of DUELEGS Srl at the time of the order and can be viewed online at (URL) https://DearBIA.com, as described in the relevant information sheets. It is understood that the image accompanying a product description sheet may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics but differ in colour, size, accessories shown in the picture.
5.Correct receipt of the order is confirmed by DUELEGS Srl by means of an e-mail reply sent to the e-mail address provided by the Customer. This confirmation message will contain the Date and Time of execution of the order and a 'Customer Order Number', to be used in any further communication with DUELEGS Srl. The message shall repeat all the data entered by the Customer, who undertakes to check that they are correct and to promptly notify any corrections, in accordance with the procedures described in this document. 5a.For each order placed on DearBIA.com, a fiscal document shall be issued and sent by email to the holder of the order, pursuant to Article 14 of Presidential Decree 445/2000 and DL 52/2004. For the issuance of the invoice, the information provided by the Customer at the time of the order shall be authentic. No change in the invoice shall be possible after the invoice has been issued.
6. In the event of non-acceptance of the order, DUELEGS Srl guarantees prompt notification to the Customer.
Delivery methods and costs
10. DUELEGS Srl can only accept orders with delivery within Italian and European territory.
10a. For all purchases from countries outside the European Community, any import customs duties shall be borne by the consignee. DUELEGS Srl has no control over import customs duties, which may vary from country to country. Contact the customs of your country to check the import costs.
11. For each order placed on www.DearBIA.com, a receipt and/or invoice for the material shipped will be issued, sending them by e-mail to the order holder, pursuant to Article 14 of Presidential Decree 445/2000 and DL 52/2004. For the issuance of the invoice, the information provided by the Customer at the time of the order shall be authentic. No change in the invoice shall be possible after it has been issued.
12. Delivery costs start from a minimum of Euro 5.00 + VAT (Express Courier) and are explicitly highlighted when placing the order. Payment of the goods by the Customer shall be made using the method chosen when placing the order. Nothing is owed by the Customer in
addition to the order total.
13. Orders are on average processed and delivered within 2/3 working days.
14. No liability can be ascribed to DUELEGS Srl in the event of delays in the execution of the order or in the delivery of what has been ordered.
15. Unless explicitly stated by our Customer Service, delivery shall be at street level. Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is obliged to check:
that the number of packages delivered corresponds to the number indicated in the transport document;
that the packaging is intact, undamaged, not wet or otherwise altered, including the sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal strapping).
Any damage to the packaging and/or the product, or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications, must be immediately contested by affixing WRITTEN CONTROL RESERVE on the courier's proof of delivery.
Once the courier's document has been signed, the Customer may not raise any objection regarding the external characteristics of what has been delivered. Any problems with the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 7 days of delivery, in the manner provided for herein.
16. In the event of failure to collect the material in stock at the carrier's warehouses within 5 working days due to repeated impossibility of delivery to the address indicated by the Customer when placing the order, the order shall be automatically cancelled.

Exemption from liability - product defects
DUELEGS Srl shall not be liable to the user for damages of any kind, whether direct or indirect, arising from any errors, of any nature whatsoever, in the printing of the file sent by the customer, except in cases of intent or gross negligence. In the event of printing errors not attributable to the user or delivery of a defective or damaged product, DUELEGS Srl shall only be obliged to make a single reprint of the material. Upon delivery, the user is obliged to carefully examine the products received. Any defects in the delivered goods, errors in the printing or packaging of the material for which the user is not responsible must be reported immediately to the courier or customer service. The goods must be withdrawn by signing with specific control reservation. The user must then open a report by email to info@duelegs.com, taking care to attach photographic documentation where requested within 8 days of
receipt of the material.DUELEGS Srl will do its utmost to respond to reports received.
